Our frequently asked questions and answers.
How long will our finished film be?
Although it is purely down to whatever is right for the film and how long your speeches and service last, our full feature films (speeches and service - Deluxe and premium package only) last between 25minutes – 45Minutes on average. The trailer film will be a will last between 3 and 5 minutes capturing all the best parts of your day ideal to share with family and friends. It is also perfect for posting on social media.
How long will you spend editing our film?
We work at least 5 full working days putting your film together, although as perfectionists we tend to nearly always end up spending a bit longer on your film than this (obviously at no extra cost!)
What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of North Wales, Cheshire, Liverpool, Manchester and the surrounding areas. We can cover other parts of the UK for a small travel fee, we are also more than happy to travel abroad for destination weddings if costs are covered.
What about the sound quality during the ceremony?
For the best possible sound quality, we sometimes mic the groom during the ceremony using a small clip-on mic that will be connected to a small recorder that will be slipped into a trouser or jacket pocket. All other times we use high quality microphones attached to the camera.
How long will we have to wait before receiving our film?
We have an average turn around time of roughly 8 – 12 weeks after the date of your wedding but sometimes longer in busy times of the year. We will stay in touch with you throughout the editing process to keep you updated on the development of your film.
Will our wedding film be available for public viewing?
Yes, we are also happy to upload it to social media sites for you free of charge unless specified otherwise.

We are also more than happy to meet face to face over a coffee to discuss the wedding arrangements.

We ask for a £50 non refundable deposit then the remaining amount would be due 8 weeks prior to the wedding. We would be happy to discuss other payment plans if necessary. If you would like to pay in full this is not a problem either.
Do we need to supply food?
It is completely up to you, it does make it easier for us so that we can be in the right place at the right time to capture the events of the wedding breakfast, but it is not a requirement.
Can we choose our own music?
We are happy to discuss this with you and we do have a library of music that you are welcome to choose from. We do ask that you leave this bit up to us after all this is our job and we know what works best with the footage we have filmed. But of course you are welcome to throw suggestions we do also have to stick to copyright laws.
